The user registration to the Website enables them, after being logged in through the access credentials that will be given to them (“nickname” and “password”), to enjoy the Website services, such as, but not limited to, inserting a text and/or an image, as well as inserting your own recipe (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).

1.2. The user that makes registration to the Website gives to SAIL SERVICE the right to:

2. Responsibilities and guarantees

2.2. Sail service shall not be responsible in any way for any damage or harm that users may suffer from access, interconnection, downloading of material, and computer programs from the Website. Therefore, SAIL SERVICE shall not be considered liable for any damages, losses, prejudices of any kind that users may suffer as a result of their contact with the Website, or as a result of the use of the content published therein, or of the software used.

Personal data processing

SAIL SERVICE shows the highest attention to personal data protection, having used the appropriate and necessary measures to the data protection and to the preservation of them due to the application of the national and European discipline as well as the examination of any risks related to the aforementioned activities.

The access to some website sections and/or eventual requests regarding information or services made by users might depend on the personal data entry which will be managed by SAIL SERVICE, considered as the Data Controller, in the respect of the General Law of data protection (UE Law 2016/679) and of the national legislation in force, which SAIL SERVICE has always complied with.

The following statement has the aim to make users aware of SAIL SERVICE data treatment, even before entering the website sections and giving access to their data. The statement needs to be necessary visioned by the user before he/she gives any personal data in the dedicated spaces.

The aim of the personal data processing

According to the needs expressed from time to time by the user who accesses the various sections of the site, the purposes of the processing of personal data provided directly by users by filling in online forms may be as follows:

THE USERS’ RIGHTS

The European Law gives the right to the user (the one who contributes with their data) to ask the treatment owner (SAIL SERVICE) the access to their personal data and to have a copy of it.
