Furthermore, we also assembly rolling systems for glazing reduction.

REGULATION

We carry out interventions to adjust the rigging and the mast according to the needs of the customer, from the pleasure craft to the regatta.
We evaluate the best interventions suitable for the type of boat and its rig to ensure the best performance, without overlooking safety.

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

According to the customer’s request, we carry out maintenance work on the rigging and the mast, by analysing the most worn out areas and the points at risk on which to intervene.
When it is required, we carry out in-depth checks using the most appropriate investigation systems such as penetrating liquids or ultrasound, we advise the owner in case of problems encountered by him,
all to ensure a better and safer navigation.

REPLACEMENT OF RIGGING

We carry out measurement and replacement of rigging, where it is possible on site without the need to dismantle.
We provide products of the highest quality from the classic spiral to rod, up to the latest generation textile systems, on request we study alternative systems for backstays, adding steering wheels and forestays.

ROLL-UP SYSTEMS

We supply and install furling systems for bow, gennaker and mainsail sails.
We study solutions in order to allow every item’s correct performance.
We assemble circuits and pulleys for new halyards or for a better use of those already present, in addition: lazyjack, backstay battens, rails and trolleys for mainsail luffing, etc.

TEXTILE RIGGING

We manufacture spliced textile cables, such as stays, backstays, braces and rigging for small boats.
Cables are fitted by using GOTTIFREDI MAFFIOLI products and they can be covered with dyneema upholstery for greater protection.
